INTRODUCTION

The following text ("general terms and conditions of sale") governs the methods and conditions of sale of products marketed by Strategia srl (the "products"). All contracts for the sale of products by Strategia srl to third parties (the "customers") are regulated by these General Terms and Conditions, which form an integral and substantial part of every proposal, order, and order confirmation for the purchase of the products. The applicable sales conditions for an order are those in force on the date of the order itself.

Any modification relating to transactions or payment conditions possibly granted as an exception to the General Terms and Conditions will only be valid if Strategia srl has accepted such condition in writing.

The General Terms and Conditions apply to all Customers, except for certain provisions applicable exclusively to Consumer Customers (a "Consumer Customer" means a natural person purchasing the products for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity that may be carried out); any Customer who submits a purchase proposal by entering their VAT number in the section relating to Customer details shall be presumed not to be a “Consumer Customer”. For Purchase Agreements entered into by Consumer Customers, Articles 50 to 63 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 also apply.

Strategia srl may, at any time and without prior notice, modify the content of these General Terms and Conditions: such modifications will take effect from the date of publication on the Website.

PURCHASING PROCESS

The order sent by the Customer constitutes a contractual proposal and implies full knowledge and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

The correct receipt of the Customer’s proposal is confirmed by Strategia srl through an automatic response sent to the Customer’s email address. This automatic email only confirms the correct receipt of the proposal. The confirmation message will indicate the 'Order Number', which must be used in all subsequent communications with Strategia srl.

Each order can be viewed by the Customer in their personal area of the Website. As soon as the order is processed, the data contained within the personal area will be updated. Each Purchase Agreement entered into between Strategia srl and the Customer is considered concluded upon acceptance of the order by Strategia srl.

Strategia srl has the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject the order sent by the Customer, without the Customer being entitled to make any claims or rights whatsoever, for any reason, including compensation, in the event of non-acceptance of the order. The order shall be deemed accepted by Strategia srl if, within 48 hours of sending the order, the Customer does not receive any further communication.

In the event of non-acceptance, Strategia srl will notify the Customer via email.

By sending the order, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the General Terms and Conditions and payment terms described below.

PRODUCT PRICES – DELIVERY COSTS – PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All product prices are clearly indicated on the Website and include VAT. They do not include any other taxes, duties, or levies imposed by the applicable laws in case of importation. In such cases, the Customer must handle customs clearance of the products by paying any duties and taxes (other than VAT) that may be due in the country of import.

The prices and availability of the products listed on the Website are subject to change at any time without notice, it being understood that, limited to orders already being processed or already accepted by Strategia srl, the sales conditions in force at the time the Customer submits the order will apply.

The availability indicated on the product pages is not updated in real time; in the event of numerous site accesses, the actual availability of individual products may vary significantly throughout the day compared to the information shown on the Website. Due to these variables, Strategia srl cannot therefore guarantee the immediate fulfillment of delivery for purchased products indicated as available on the Website, and thus shall not, under any circumstances, be held responsible for possible delivery delays.

For payments by bank transfer, Strategia srl will ship the products only once the corresponding amount has been credited to the bank account in the name of Strategia srl.

If the delivery times of the ordered product are delayed compared to those indicated on the Website prior to the order, Strategia srl undertakes to promptly notify the Customer by email. Until the time of shipment, the Customer has the right to cancel or modify the order. The cost of each shipment, which may vary depending on the delivery and payment method, as well as the destination country and the total order amount, is added to the total price of each purchase and is clearly indicated and communicated to the Customer before concluding the Purchase Agreement on the Website.

The visual representation of the products on the Website, where available, normally corresponds to the photographic image of the products themselves and has the sole purpose of presenting them for sale, without any guarantee or commitment by Strategia srl regarding the exact correspondence of the image shown on the Website with the actual product (with particular reference to product color variations).
